The Role
Based at our Longford site in Northern Tasmania, this hands-on role supports daily production and despatch of fertiliser products to our valued rural customers. Working in a small, collaborative team, you'll contribute to safe fixed and mobile plant operations, blending and loading product, and providing a high level of customer service across the agricultural supply chain.

• Load straight and blended fertilisers into customer and transport vehicles
• Operate fixed and mobile plant including front-end loader and forklift
• Issue permits and maintain a clean, tidy site
• Engage in Lean (BEX) principles and daily prestart meetings
• Accurately input and reconcile stock data using SAP
• Contribute to a positive safety and environmental culture

What You'll Bring

• You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
• Experience working in a warehouse or plant environment
• Confidence operating fixed and/or mobile equipment, or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and self-manage daily tasks
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn systems such as SAP

The Site
Our Longford team services the surrounding Cressy and Northern Midlands farming region, supplying product to livestock and crop producers. The site is known for its collaborative culture and is viewed as a strong training ground for those looking to develop in the industry.
