The company tailor plan packages for SME's that provides them with the complete business solution to effectively run their business in the Telco space.
Technician needs to have knowledge of Webex backend configuration and NEC SIP PABX configuration/troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to senior management, your key duties will include.
- Trouble shooting, configuration of PABX/Cloud Hosted
- Providing technical support to customers and on the field technicians
- Working closely with our customer service/provisioning team
Knowledge and Experience
- Working with PABX Phone Systems (NEC) will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of VOIP systems and SIP trunks
- Cisco Webex cloud systems
- Great communication skills with end users that are not very technical.
- Able to work part of a team environment.
- Outstanding organization skills and be able to work under pressure at times.
