About the role

We're looking for a proactive officer to support two key areas—Governance (3 days) and Fellowship (2 days)—within the same team. This split is flexible and may shift based on priorities.

In this role, you'll coordinate committee meetings, manage Fellowship applications, maintain records, and oversee the delivery of parchments and official documentation. You'll report to the Governance and Fellowship Lead and work closely with the Education Governance Coordinator, Censors, committees, and education and training stakeholders.

As our Governance and Fellowship Officer, in a typical week you could expect to:

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and share duties coordinating logistics for upcoming committee or council meetings

Coordinate the weekly Censor in Chief meeting and maintain decision registers

Administer Fellowship applications and parchments

Update databases and other records and archive key documents

Support delivery of team outputs such as the annual Exam Calendar

Skills and Experience

Strong minute-taking and committee support skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in MS Office and document systems

Highly organised with attention to detail
