Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in a close-knit rural community? Teddy Bear Cottage (Preschool) and Warradale WIGWAM (OOSH) are two small, not-for-profit services located in the beautiful surrounds of Warragamba and Wallacia, just outside Penrith. We proudly serve local families, offering high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5 and 6–12 years.

We're a warm, dedicated, and fun-loving team looking to welcome new educators who share our passion for early childhood education and community spirit. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, this is a place where your efforts are valued, your professional growth is supported, and your contribution is truly appreciated.

We are currently seeking:

  • Trainee Educators – willing to work towards a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Knowledge of EYLF, MTOP, NQS, NQF, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in childcare or OOSH settings (highly desirable)
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs or working alongside allied health professionals (a big plus)
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills to inspire and support fellow educators
  • Shifts are across Monday to Friday

Your day may include:

  • Supporting children's holistic development and wellbeing
  • Assisting with curriculum planning, documentation, and engaging learning experiences
  • Creating warm, welcoming, and stimulating learning environments
  • Leading and collaborating with a team of passionate educators
