We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our NSW office, based in Wetherill Park. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and playing a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

Your hours of work will be 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Interviews are underway now, with the successful candidate commencing in the new year.

Start date - Monday 5th January 2026.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing customer sales orders and PO's
  • Communicating with customers regarding stock availability, shortages and delivery ETA's
  • Processing and tracking customer deliveries
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to a high level of emails
  • Processing customer & vendor invoices
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using various software and systems
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively
  • A genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
  • SAP experience will be highly regarded
