We're Rockhampton's #1 up and coming Electrical & Air Conditioning Company and our business is booming. We've got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands Both our builders and maintenance clients are flat tack And we have big plans to make the start of 2026 a great year

Duties include:

• Diagnose and repair faults on refrigeration equipment including cool rooms, freezer rooms, ice machines, display fridges, bar facilities and all other general refrigeration work
• Repairs and maintenance on split, cassette, ducted, room, packaged and evaporative A/C units
• Experience in new installations both refrigeration and air-conditioning

What you'll be doing:

• Installing, testing and maintaining air conditioning / refrigeration systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues and faults
• Upgrading and modifying existing systems
• Residential and Commercial maintenance
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Here's what we need from you:

• Trade Qualified Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Mechanic
• Minimum 1-year qualified trade experience
• Hold a current C class driver's license.
• Current Construction Card
• Current Refrigeration Handling Licence
• Current QLD Restricted Electrical Licence
• Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work would help.
• Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
• Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
• Commitment to safety and quality of work
