About the role

We are seeking Part-Time Security Officers to join our high-performing team at a premium retail site located in Chatswood, Sydney.

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors at a high-profile, globally recognised retail location. You will be responsible for monitoring activity within the premises, managing access control, responding to incidents, and ensuring that all security procedures are followed with professionalism and attention to detail.

Hours/Roster: Day shifts (07:00–19:00) across a Monday to Sunday.

To be successful in this role, it is expected that you possess the following:

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current NSW Security Licence - 1A Classification (Required)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications (Required)
  • Certificate II in Security Operations
  • Police Check (Required)

Skills, Experience, and Attributes

  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
  • Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards
  • Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills (Highly Desirable)
  • Physical fitness to fulfill duties and stand for long periods
  • A Friendly and Customer-Focused Attitude with Strong Observational Skills
