About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a couple of motivated individuals available to work from 8:00 pm to 2am each weekday, or from 4pm to 8pm. We are mostly flexibility on which days you work, so it would be perfect for those who study or work another job during the day.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve delicious bubble-tea drinks and other beverages

Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming

Assist customers in our internet-café (adding money to member accounts and turning on computers and PlayStations for guests)

Monitor internet-café usage and maintain a smooth experience for users

Take orders, process payments, and handle customer inquiries

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and great customer-service skills

Willingness to learn – no prior experience needed

Basic comfort with using computers and helping others

Dependable, punctual, and a team player

Organised and neat

Great communication skills
