We are seeking a dynamic and energetic part time Sales Team Member primarily for our Lismore store with one day per week in our new Ballina store where you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving and exceed sales targets and other goals
  • Upholding exceptional customer service standards and offer a memorable shopping experience
  • Assisting with stock control and the maintenance of visual merchandising standards

To be successful you will:

  • Passion for retail, a love of customers and a genuine desire to achieve results
  • Have a customer first attitude
  • Experience in retail (highly regarded)
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively; and
