Sales Consultant – Drive In Style, Canberra

We're looking for an energetic Sales Consultant who loves premium cars, thrives in a dynamic showroom, and wants to be part of building something truly exciting.

About the Role

As our Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the dealership and take ownership of:

  • Managing the end-to-end customer journey with a sharp focus on satisfaction, style, and professionalism
  • Consistently achieving strong monthly sales results
  • Building relationships with buyers and creating a premium showroom experience
  • Supporting car acquisitions and keeping the showroom curated with desirable, top-performing stock
  • Bringing new ideas to elevate the dealership experience and help us stand out in Canberra

Our current stock is strong but we're actively growing into an even more elevated, stylish and premium collection. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping that journey.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in automotive sales (consultant or senior consultant level)
  • Driven, organised, and confident with customers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A passion for cars and the ability to present vehicles with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Professionalism and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium environment

We value premium presentation, exceptional service, and creating a "wow" experience from first click to final delivery.

Salary & Rewards

  • Base salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)
  • Attractive incentives and bonus structure
  • For high performers with strong results, a higher package can be discussed
