The Role
We're seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tinter to join our team, working directly at customer sites. You'll be expected to deliver high-quality tinting on up to 100 vehicles per month, ensuring each job meets our standards for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Reporting
You'll report to our Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the Dealer Principal for dealership-specific requirements.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive window tinting
Proven ability to handle high-volume work efficiently and accurately
Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
Able to work independently on-site and as part of a broader team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Experience with flat glass tinting is a plus
