Bit Grinder

Matrix Mining requires the services of an experienced labourer for their Bibra Lake bit grinding workshop.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Drill bit grinding;
• Lifting of components;
• Maintaining equipment;
• Unloading/loading trucks and shifting products in the yard;
• Goods pick up and deliveries;
• General labouring;
• Keeping work environment clean and tidy at all times.

The successful candidate must have:

• Current drivers licence;
• Own transport;
• Forklift ticket;
• A proactive, reliable and hardworking attitude;
• Good communication skills;
• A sound understanding of OH&S practices;
• A positive attitude towards safety; and
• The ability to pass a preemployment medical and drug & alcohol assessment.

Mechanical aptitude is an advantage. Preference will be given to experienced drill bit grinders.
