We are seeking a welcoming and client-focused Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients, families, support workers, and visitors – both in person and over the phone. This is an awesome opportunity to be the heart of our aged care and disability services team.
You'll be joining us 2-3 days per week with Monday and Tuesday as your core work days. Bonus if you have Wednesday availability
About the Role
As the Receptionist/Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for both administrative coordination and front-desk support. You'll help keep our office organised, ensure information flows smoothly between teams, and maintain accurate records that support the quality of our services.
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly
- Prepare, file, and manage documents, correspondence, and reports
- Organise purchases and supplies for team members
- Coordinate community engagement activities and events
- Manage mail, deliveries, and general correspondence
- Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with empathy and respect
Desirable
- Experience in aged care, disability, or community health settings
- Understanding of NDIS and My Aged Care systems
