You'll help shape service delivery through evidence-based practice, clinical governance, and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include:Lead and supervise clinicians and support staff to ensure safe and effective service deliveryManage your own caseload and support allocation across the teamProvide secondary consultation for complex cases and contribute to clinical auditsSupport student placements and contribute to teaching and supervisionParticipate in clinical governance and performance reviewsPromote best practice by reviewing guidelines and integrating evidence-based careWho We're Looking ForTertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registrationCertificate in Level 2 First Aid and NDIS screening checkCurrent driver's licenseHigh level of clinical expertise in community-based settingsExperience supervising staff and studentsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to quality improvement and professional developmentWhat Will Make You Stand OutExperience supervising other staff membersExperience in provisional supervisionWhat's In It For YouAt Each you'll be supported to be your best.
