About The Role

  • Drive sales success for off the plan projects.
  • Leverage your understanding of project marketing principles and off-the-plan sales.
  • Manage project displays according to company's arrangements.
  • Build trust with diverse buyers, including investors, owner-occupiers, downsizers, and first-home buyers.
  • Be able to qualify/understand the needs and requirements of the customer and be able to provide the right sales solution.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry right through to settlement always ensuring a strong relationship with customers.
  • Be able to confidently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively manage/follow up all leads and be the ambassador for the project brand and company.
  • Relevant reporting on sales and lead activity to the Supervisor.
  • Provide support with resales/2nd hand sales as needed.
  • Work in a company that values performance and balance, fostering a positive work environment.

About You

  • Real Estate License.
  • Proven experience in a similar Project Marketing essential.
  • Solid communication and listening skills coupled with superior negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to network and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Be resilient, possess a strong work ethic, and a winning mentality.
