***DUE TO AN INCREASE IN WORK/CONTRACTS WON*****Techforce is seeking experienced Automotive Light Vehicle Mechanics/Technicians WITH experience working on HD Vehicles/Mobile Eqiupment, for our clients facilities in Roxby Downs/Olympic Dam.

Our client is a large, reputable company that services the Olympic Dam site.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Automotive (Light Vehicle)
  • MUST HAVE - some experience working on HD vehicles/mobile plant eqiupment/agricultural machines
  • Air-condition ticket (desirable)
  • Minimum of 2 years' post trade experience as a Qualified Motor Mechanic
  • Current valid Australian driver's license

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of a range of vehicles
  • Exposure to working on HD Vehicles including - trucks/trailers (basic servicing - learn new skills)
  • Thoroughly inspecting and successfully identifying vehicle faults
  • Provide the highest level of workmanship on all vehicles and 4WD's
