Who we are:

We are a residential and commercial builder with a small team working in a large outdoor yard environment. We need a reliable and hard-working person to join us at our Yatala yard and help to keep everything running smoothly. This will assist us and lighten the load around the yard.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • General yard work: cleaning up, sweeping, removing debris, tidying work areas.
  • Moving materials around the yard.
  • Assisting with outdoor labour tasks (lifting, carrying, bending) in outdoor conditions.
  • Operating basic yard tools/equipment (as instructed).
  • Working outdoors under varied weather conditions.
  • Following instructions, arriving on time, and being part of a team, helping to keep the yard tidy and efficient.
  • Minor building tasks as directed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to lift, carry and bend for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working outside in heat, dust and demanding conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, with good attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's licence / own transport.

Desirable (but not strictly required):

  • Previous experience in outdoor labour or yard work.
  • Experience using basic hand tools, power tools and equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and team-minded attitude.
