What role will you play?

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Home Lending products and portfolio, with a strong focus on product governance, obligation management, and risk & control frameworks. You will have the opportunity to influence the entire home lending value chain, from product design and delivery through to key moments in the home lending product lifecycle. You will be responsible for the execution of strong governance practices and frameworks to ensure that our products consistently meet customer and regulatory expectations. You will work closely with our partners such as Risk, Compliance, Credit Risk, Treasury, Distribution, and Technology.

What you offer

  • Home loans product management experience and/or banking product management experience
  • Deep understanding of the home lending regulatory environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect with and influence stakeholders across the end-to-end product value chain
  • You will be self-motived and able to effectively manage deadlines, deal with a multitude of different tasks concurrently and prioritise appropriately
