Sales Representative – 4WD & Automotive Builds

DMW is an established Australian brand, based in Toowoomba, Queensland, specialising in complete 4WD builds, conversions, GVM upgrades and touring vehicle solutions. We are seeking a Sales representative to support our growing customer base and help guide clients through their build journey.

About the Role

You will be working closely with the sales and marketing managers, actioning verified leads from customers who are serious about their vehicles, helping them select the right solutions for work, touring, or off-road use. Your responsibilities will include:

●     Managing customer enquiries and consultations

●     Assisting with build configurations and upgrade options

●     Liaising with the sales team and dealer network

●     Providing clear communication throughout the build process

●     Building long-term relationships with customers

●     Open communication channels directly with marketing to ensure cohesion in our focus on a monthly basis

What We're Looking For

●     Strong communication and customer service skills

●     Ability to understand technical products (training provided)

●     Organised and detail-oriented approach

●     Professional, motivated attitude

●     Interest in the automotive or 4WD industry (highly regarded)
