We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a JJ's HV Parts Procurement Officer, you will play an integral role within our Central Purchasing team which supplies multiple depots around Australia, (based in Underwood)
You will report to the Purchasing Manager and will complete parts interpretation, place orders and be involved in pack / ship activities on a rotational basis with your peers.
Good communication skills with our workshops and external providers is essential, along with the ability to use our IT systems.
- Place orders with external partners, closely manage urgent requests and follow up.
- Support the Workshop's by procuring both urgent parts requests, buy ins for open jobs and replenishing stock.
- Take responsibility for regions assigned to you
- Be physically involved with incoming and outgoing goods on a rotational basis.
- Ensure daily documentation and records are completed.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a similar role – Service Advisor / Parts Interpreter – ideally heavy vehicle
- Have a good mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrate a professional and outcome focus
- Complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
- Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail
- Drivers licence, forklift ticket
- Work well individually and as part of a team
- Want to be part of a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Be dedicated and reliable; we are an essential services industry
- Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and relationships with all stakeholders
- Be dedicated to achieving high standards of safety compliance and customer service
