This is a flexible opportunity designed to find the right fit — whether you're an enthusiastic Assistant Educator ready to grow alongside our Nursery Lead, or an experienced Lead Educator eager to co-lead and shape a thriving learning environment together.

About You

We are seeking educators who:

• Are currently working towards or hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
• Hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Are passionate about providing a nurturing early learning experience.
• Are strong team players with excellent communication skills.

About Us

Located in St Lucia, The Pocket Early Education and Care offers a vibrant learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Since opening in July 2020, we have created a space of curiosity, diversity, and fun, providing high-quality care for up to 148 children.
