Evolve Therapy is seeking a passionate and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our warm, supportive team in our purpose-built clinic in Shenton Park.

 About our clinic

Our clinic is modern, spacious, and designed to feel warm and welcoming. It includes a large, OT-designed sensory gym and therapy rooms filled with engaging resources. Every therapist is equipped with:

  • A MacBook, iPhone, and height-adjustable sit/stand desk
  • Access to a huge resource library and a generous budget for purchasing additional tools
  • The flexibility to work from home when needed

About the Role

You'll work with children and young people aged 2–25 years (predominantly children 4-12), with diagnoses including:

  • Global Developmental Delay
  • ASD, ADHD, Intellectual Disability
  • Cerebral Palsy (GMFCS 3-4)
  • One off assessments or short term support for school aged children
  • Intervention/support areas include; sensory, emotional regulation, handwriting, fine motor skills, dressing, toileting, social skills and school based skill.

Services include:

  • Clinic-based therapy
  • Home and school visits
  • Functional capacity assessments and report writing

 What You'll Need

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
  • Membership with Occupational Therapy Australia and professional indemnity insurance
  • Experience in paediatrics preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Current WA driver's licence and access to a car for community visits
