THE ROLE

We are currently seeking applications to join our Paste Fill Crew team working at various sites across Western Australia. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a keen individual to step into the next phase of their career in a full time capacity and with a variety of roster options.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Installation of Paste Reticulation and associated equipment.
• Operation of underground mobile plant including light vehicles, IT's and flatbed trucks.
• Paste Wall Construction
• Operation of Hand-Held Rock drills.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure proper operation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions, promoting a culture of safety and accountability among team members.
• Working in various capacities both underground and on the surface
• Other duties as directed by the Leading Hand or Pastefill Coordinator.

THE PERSON

• Experience underground or in a similar role is preferred however, on the job training is provided.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a plant operating environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• National Police Clearance is required prior to background checks commencing
• Current Manual Driver's License
• Strong work ethic and punctual.
• Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
