THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced solicitor with a minimum of five years post-admission experience to manage all aspects of Wills and Estate Planning. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and guidance, including:

• Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Guardianship appointments.
• Advising on estate planning, asset protection, and testamentary trusts.
• Managing probate and estate administration processes.
• Handling estate disputes and contested Wills.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• A minimum of three years of post-admission experience in Wills and Estates Law.
• Strong technical expertise in estate planning and administration
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• A passion for delivering high-quality legal services with integrity and professionalism
• High attention to detail with respect to cost estimating, client retention
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPI and financial targets
