Mars Healthcare are partnering with a growing NDIS allied-health provider seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their Penrith-based team. Role Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied NDIS caseload, delivering personalised therapy to participants
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop therapy plans to meet participant goals
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior clinicians
  • Lead internal presentations and contribute to service development initiatives
  • Recommend assistive technology and environment modifications
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic participant care

About You
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years' experience delivering NDIS therapy services
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Positive, proactive, and participant-focused approach
