About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Forklift & Dispatch Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical warehouse work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to contribute to a growing business with meaningful products.
You'll be primarily based at our Katoomba sites, assisting with forklift operation, order picking/packing, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare cabin kits and components for dispatch
- Operate forklift to move, load, and unload stock safely
- Assisting unloading containers.
- Liaise with freight partners for pickups and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse/yard environment
- Carry out basic quality checks on outgoing stock
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous experience in warehousing, dispatch, or logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
