About the role
Moombaki Early Learning is seeking two diploma qualified experienced and passionate educators to join our vibrant and growing team in Maddington WA.
Position 1; Someone who is passionate to work with toddlers and able to match their energy, able to follow curriculum, plan and implement learning experiences.
Position 2; This exciting position is for someone who is willing to do split shifts from 6;30 to 9;00 and 2;30 to 6;00 and enjoy working with school age children. desirable someone who has full driving license and confident to drive van.

As our Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of educators in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the daily operations of your allocated room, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children
- Plan, implement and evaluate a diverse range of developmentally appropriate learning experiences and activities
- Provide guidance, support and mentorship to your team of educators, fostering their professional growth and development
- Maintain strong relationships with families, communicating regularly and collaboratively to support each child's individual needs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures
- Contribute to the overall continuous improvement and strategic direction of the childcare centre
What we're looking for
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Room Leader or in a similar supervisory role within the childcare sector
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with children with behaviors issues
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to upholding high standards of care and education
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
- Valid Working with Children Check
