As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our club's kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our members and patrons. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $74,000 plus super.

- Minimum 12 months of experience in a Sous Chef role, with a demonstrated track record of success
- Proficiency in general or specialised cooking, baking, pastry, and butchering duties
- Ability to exercise responsibility for the direct supervision of other cooks and kitchen/catering staff, including allocation of duties, approval of overtime, and training
- Expertise in acting as the in-charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Catering Supervisor
- Commitment to assisting in the implementation of workplace policies and procedures as directed by the Management
- Formal qualification in commercial cooking or a related culinary field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster a collaborative and positive team environment
