About You:

To be eligible to apply for this role you must have:

  • Victorian Radiation Use Licence

    Appropriate Tertiary qualification

    Good interpersonal skills in order to show patients care, compassion and empathy

    Ability to work on your own

    Motivated and friendly attitude towards patient care and teamwork

About the role:

You will be primarily scanning the over 65's age group, so empathy and patience is an important quality.  We will provide you with training. We expect you to have a good level of computer and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain high standards of customer care.  Remuneration will be based on experience. Immediate start - 2 days a week Wednesday/Thursday at rooms in Ringwood East. Will be changing to Thursday/Friday in 2026. Hours are 9am - 5pm. You will be required to PRODA check patients for eligibility, also to book patients for appointments on quiet days.

We are opening two more rooms with DEXA machines in 2026 so there is an opportunity to work 4 days a week, one DEXA machine will be in Cranbourne North on a Tuesday and the other at a clinic in Balwyn on a Wednesday. Please call Prue if you require further information.
