About us

Australian Plunge Pools is a premium precast concrete plunge pool manufacturer. We produce tiled concrete pools delivered nationwide and a strong focus on safety, quality and on‑time dispatch.

About the role

We're growing and seeking a full-time experienced Precast Labourer/Concreter. You'll set, pour and finish precast concrete plunge pool shells, working to drawings to hit daily production targets. Prior experience with precast products is highly regarded.

About You

  • 2–3+ years in precast or structural concreting (factory or site)
  • Competent with hand tools, grinders, screeds and vibrators
  • Attention to detail and consistent high-quality work
  • Ability to read shop drawings
  • Construction White Card required
  • Highly regarded: prior pool/plunge pool or tank precast experience; waterproofing/tiling prep; architectural patch & repair
  • Desirable tickets: Forklift (LF), overhead crane
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Responsibilities
  • Set and strip precast moulds/formwork to drawings
  • Place, screed and vibrate concrete to achieve architectural finishes
  • Install reinforcement, ferrules, lifters, penetrations and cast‑in fittings
  • Demould, cure, patch/repair; prep shells for waterproofing/tiling

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
  • Close down period of 2-3 weeks over the Christmas/New Years period
  • Tools are provided on-site
