The opportunity
We have an opportunity to join our Melbourne Litigation team, working alongside our banking and insolvency partner Simone Marin. Simone represents a broad client base (including Big 4) in varied litigation matters and preparing advice, including commercial risk, mortgage recovery, security enforcement, consumer and commercial enforcement.
You'll be busy with
- carriage of complex banking or insolvency litigation matters
- assisting the wider Litigation team in large scale matters
- court appearances, drafting of legal documents, legal research and client relationship management
Ideally, you might have
- 3+ years PAE.
- experience with general litigation, banking and financial services, and dispute resolution.
- strategic and critical thinking capability
- an appetite to mentor our juniors and demonstrate leadership
- a client-focused and proactive approach, with a strong understanding of the needs of commercial clients
