The adjacent Bar Marmelo, located upstairs, will accommodate 25 patrons, providing an intimate atmosphere for those desiring a more relaxed dining encounter.

Summary:

Marmelo Restaurant is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our team as a Polisher/Glassy. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of glassware, silverware, and other dining utensils, ensuring they are polished to perfection for our guests. This role also involves assisting with general kitchen duties and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly polish and maintain glassware, silverware, and other dining utensils to ensure they are in pristine condition.
• Assist with tasks such as restocking supplies, supporting the dishwashing team, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.
• Ensure the dining area and bar maintain a neat and presentable appearance throughout service hours.
• Provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
