We are partnered with Australia's largest wholesaler of fresh flowers and potted products. We are looking for passionate and reliable people with a love for creating beautiful spaces to join our merchandising field team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

Our floral merchandising team specialise in creating inviting floral & potted displays within major supermarkets throughout Australia.

This role will involve servicing stores located at: Craigieburn to Roxburgh Park. Working days for this role will be 3 days per week - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. Working hours each week will be approximately 15-18 with shift times starting between am.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Merchandising the company's product range in-store at major supermarket chains within your assigned area.
  • Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained
  • Checking stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers
  • Bringing stock onto shop floor from loading dock, unpacking, and displaying (lifting up to 12kgs).
  • Cleaning display area and checking stock quality
  • Customer contact and liaising with store and department managers.

This position will have full training provided and we are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and attributes:

  • Own reliable car is essential with Australian driver's license.
  • Prior retail, supermarket or merchandising knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills with great communication abilities
  • Well presented, with a flair for creativity
  • Reliable and physically fit with the ability to work unsupervised
