Clinical Practice Advisor – Speech Pathologist
to join one of our

teams, specialising in adult practice.
This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership, supporting and empowering our Speech Pathology team across Australia through mentoring, education, resource development, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care.

About The Role
- Provide clinical support, supervision, and mentorship to early-career, and senior clinicians.
- Promote evidence-based practice and consistent use of outcome measures in speech pathology domains, including dysphagia and communication.
- Work closely with the National Clinical Lead and Leadership Team at National 360 to identify, maintain and lead best practice standards in Speech Pathology.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners within an integrated care model.
- Maintain your own caseload, with flexibility to shape it based on your interests and expertise.
- Ensure high standards of documentation through leading our report quality assurance processes
- Contribute to a strong culture of clinical governance, client safety, and continuous improvement.
- Support clinical escalation and risk management as part of a broader leadership team.

About You
- Relevant bachelor or masters degree in Speech Pathology.
- 5+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist.
- Specialist and advanced knowledge in adult speech pathology practice, including in both dysphagia and communication domains.
- Proven ability to deliver Speech Therapy directly to clients as part of an independent caseload.
- Experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring Speech Pathologists of varying experience levels.
- Strong knowledge of the disability, health, and aged care sectors, including NDIS and community-based settings.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with neurodivergent clients and passion for neuroaffirming care.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Access to your own vehicle and a current driver's licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
