Program Planner

This rewarding, participant focused position works within a team dedicated to enabling people living with disabilities to reach their goals.

The role involves:

• Research, development and implementation of social and community participation program activities, both centre based and in the community
• Developing budgets and sourcing resources for programs
• Liaising with participant, families, carers and other key stakeholders
• Working alongside the broader Disability Team to meet and maintain the mission and values of the organisation

The role works in line with the requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Practice Standards and the new Disability Rights, Inclusion and Safeguarding Act 2024.

You will require extensive knowledge and experience of the disability sector, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a vibrant personality.
