About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hairdresser to join our little Boutique hair salon in Thornlie, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairstyling and coloring services to our valued clients. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining our salon's standards, this is an excellent opportunity to join a wonderful friendly team.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a full range of hairstyling and coloring services to clients, including cutting, perming, and styling
• Training and mentoring junior stylists, ensuring they develop their skills and provide excellent customer service
• Promoting the salon's services and products to clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business
• Ensuring the salon's high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety are consistently maintained

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with the team
• A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent recognised qualification
• Australian work rights are essential for this position
