An industry-leading non-profit organisation is seeking a Payroll Officer with 1–4 years' experience for an Immediate start. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and organisational policies. Strong PayGlobal experience and excellent attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time in line with awards, enterprise agreements, and funding requirements
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, including tax and superannuation
- Monitor payroll costs against budgets and funding constraints
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records to meet statutory and audit requirements
- Prepare payroll reports
- PayGlobal essential
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, non-profit environment. The successful candidate will be supported by a Payroll Manager and Senior Payroll Officer, providing a great opportunity to develop your skills while ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time, and supporting compliance, reporting, and high-quality service across the organisation.
