We're Hiring Outdoor Educators

- Trainee, Support and Lead roles available

We're growing, and with that comes opportunity. We're expanding our team of Facilitators to help deliver life-changing experiences for young people at our Helidon and Tamborine sites.

Most of our training and programs are based at Helidon, but we're also building opportunities at our new Tamborine location. We're looking for people who want to play a role in this exciting next chapter.

About You

  • You'll need some experience working with young people – whether in a school, coaching, mentoring, or camp setting.
  • Outdoor education qualifications and prior industry experience are a definite bonus, but not essential.
  • You must hold a current Working with Children Card before starting work.

About the Roles

As a facilitator, you'll deliver the Emu Gully programs to student groups in a team environment. You'll spend your days outside, supporting or leading activities that challenge, inspire, and grow young people.

You'll need to bring:

  • a genuine desire to work outdoors each day
  • flexibility to work with a range of ages (Prep to Year 12, and corporate groups)
  • creativity in how you run programs and engage students
  • a strong passion for youth development
  • the ability to work well with others
  • initiative, energy, and reliability.
