What This Role Looks Like
We're searching for a highly skilled, confident Senior Stylist (10+ years' experience) to step straight into a full book of loyal clients. With a generous commission structure, your earning potential is $100K+ annually.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to hit the ground running, thrive in a luxury salon environment, and lead with both craft and heart.
A Day in the Chair
- Deliver exceptional cutting, colour and styling services with precision and efficiency
- Take over and nurture an existing full clientele base
- Mentor apprentices and support younger stylists in their growth
- Collaborate with our team to uphold Salon Purpose's high standards and vibe
- Champion our culture of excellence, generosity and purpose
You'll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Are a qualified hairdresser with 10+ years' salon experience
- Are confident across all technical services (colour, cut, styling, treatments)
- Thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment where efficiency matters

- Are available for late nights and weekends when required
