What you'll do 

  • Support vulnerability scanning across networks, applications, servers, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Analyse scan results, identify false positives, and prioritise vulnerabilities based on risk and business impact.
  • Assist in communicating findings and tracking remediation progress with IT teams.
  • Help maintain and troubleshoot security tools, ensuring accurate logging and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to improve vulnerability management processes and documentation.
     

What you'll bring  

  • A completed bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity or IT.
  • Demonstrated passion for Cyber Security and foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and common attack vectors is essential — we're looking for individuals who are genuinely driven and eager to make an impact in this field.
  • Experience in or exposure to development focused roles (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and an engineering mindset. 
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP/S) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
