Largs North, South Australia LCS Maintenance (SA) Full time

Looking for the perfect mix of being on the tools and working in the office? As our Fleet & Equipment Service Supervisor, you'll play a vital dual role - keeping our small equipment and trailers in top shape while coordinating fleet maintenance and service activities behind the scenes.

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive Fleet and Equipment Service Supervisor to work out of our Largs North Depot and support the efficient operation of our fleet, trailers, small motor equipment, and plant assets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate fleet maintenance activities and act as the primary liaison with our external maintenance contractor to ensure timely servicing, repairs, and compliance.
  • Complete minor repairs and servicing for trailers, small motor equipment, and basic hand tools.
  • Maintain accurate service records, asset tracking documentation, and fleet compliance data using computer-based systems.
  • Monitor workshop and depot organisation, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
  • Provide occasional support to field teams, including organising, preparing, and dispatching equipment and materials to sites.

About You:

  • Experience in fleet coordination, plant/asset maintenance, or a related service-based role.
  • Practical mechanical skills with the ability to carry out minor servicing and small equipment repairs.
  • Strong administrative capability, with confidence using computer systems, digital maintenance platforms, and documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with staff and external contractors.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain a solutions-focused approach.
  • MR licence (desirable but not essential).
