Trainee Building Certifier or A4 Certifier

Bacchus Partners is a small but growing Accredited Certifying business in the Shoalhaven. We have built a reputation on Service, Hardwork and Stability in the community and were established in years).

At Bacchus Partners you will be performing the normal activities of an Accredited Certifier which predominantly entails carrying out critical stage building inspections during the construction process, out on the building site, and also part within the office environment assessing plans and projects under the building regulations.

The role is varied every day liaising with all stakeholders in the building industry and inspecting new project locations.

You will have the use of a work vehicle, phone and other relevant equipment for the job.

There will be many opportunities and a clear pathway for salary advancement with growing experience and qualifications while working full time.

We will be looking for a high level of communication skills and other skills which could benefit Bacchus Partners. Therefore completion of high school (or better) is desired as report writing is part of this position.

This is a graduate/entry level trainee position.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Basic construction knowledge is desired for this role.

A full driver's licence is required to conduct site inspections.

Skills and Experience in the building industry is not a mandatory requirement for this position however will be looked on favourably and the salary will be dependant on these attributes. The position is dependant on the candidates level of entry as a Trainee or more qualified A4 Certifier.
