Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to join our executive leadership team.

This role is to be based from our Global HQ in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, Australia.

The Opportunity:
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of Grace Loves Lace. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, foster brand loyalty and most importantly, deliver on revenue performance targets. Leading a talented marketing team, you will collaborate closely with other executives to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand growth and awareness, both online and offline.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align marketing initiatives with the overall business strategy.
• Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and PR.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective targeting, segmentation, and personalized marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the development of captivating content that aligns with the brand's values and resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry leaders.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and the ROI and adjust strategies as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry. You may be taking the next step in your career into a executive leadership role.
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue outcomes.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Confidence in Google Analytics including GA4 plus
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team and act as a strong leader within the Executive team
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of brand positioning.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to work in a hands on capacity in any area across the marketing team and provide a positive role model and mentorship to all team members in marketing
