Primary Care Representative

CSL Seqirus, a Global Leader In Influenza Vaccine Manufacturing And Specialty Pharmaceuticals, Is Expanding Its Primary Care Team In Queensland. We Are Currently Hiring Two Primary Care Representatives To Cover Distinct Territories

• Brisbane South, Bayside & far North QLD

Includes Annerley, South Brisbane, West End, Woolloongabba, Cannon Hill, Capalaba, Cleveland, Manly, Wynnum, Redland Bay, and Russell Island. Also includes Far North QLD locations such as Cairns, Atherton, Innisfail, Port Douglas, and Tully.

Reporting to the Area Business Manager, you will develop and implement action plans to help promote our pharmaceutical and vaccine products, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and increasing sales growth across your territory. You will use market insight and collaborate with marketing management to adjust sales and marketing strategy for your designated territory.

This is a
permanent, full-time position
, and
only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents
will be considered.

Your Role

• Achieve personal and area sales targets through strategic territory planning.
• Engage with General Practitioners, Pharmacists, Practice Managers, and Nurses.
• Use digital tools and face-to-face channels to provide customer-centric solutions.
• Provide scientific insights and product knowledge to support treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to collaboration.

Your Skills And Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in pharmacology, nursing, or an allied scientific field.
• Ideally 1-2 years pharmaceutical sales experience or success in a complex sales environment.
• Current Australian Driver License required.

• Communicates the benefits of CSL's portfolio products to acquire new accounts and further increase market share
• Leverages market insight and collaborates with marketing management to adjust sales and marketing strategy for designated territory
• Ensures customer contact and promotional activities comply with company policy and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
• 1+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Demonstrated experience in field sales and/or key opinion leader development
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
