What you'll Do

Americold is seeking a proactive and commercially minded QLD QSR Rebuyer & Account Manager to manage stock purchasing and customer relationships for our Foodservice/QSR customer base across QLD. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong stakeholder engagement skills, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence.

  • Manage daily communication with QSR customers and vendors, overseeing stock cover, promotions, and issue resolution.
  • Lead purchasing activities to optimise working capital, minimise stockouts, and ensure accurate pricing and reporting.
  • Coordinate operational planning, vendor performance tracking, and logistics for imported lines and DC transfers.
  • Support new business onboarding and drive continuous improvement initiatives across QSR operations.
  • Champion safety and compliance by promoting Americold's core values and participating in evaluations and incident management.

What Experience and Education You Need

  • 3+ years in a rebuying or purchasing role. 

  • Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. 

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

  • Familiarity with WMS, RF, TMS, and other IT systems. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performing team.

  • Proven experience in retail rebuying and fast-paced operational environments. 

  • Strong commercial acumen and performance-driven mindset. 

  •  High sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines. 

  • Effective communication across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
