The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team committed to delivering the ultimate customer experience.

You'll lead by example, inspire through hands-on coaching, and play a key role in developing and retaining top talent.

This role is about driving operational excellence while fostering a strong, supportive, and positive store culture.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Proven leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent, with the ability to confidently coach and develop a team.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences every day.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Genuine care for your team, your customers, and the overall success of the store.
  • The ability to mentor, guide, and uplift your team, helping each individual grow and succeed.
  • High energy, positivity, and a proactive attitude that motivates those around you.
  • Accountability across store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day performance.
