Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work in a team environment configuring and customizing our real estate software to meet customers' needs. You will work with the team implementing projects and training customers to use our software. As a consultant within professional services, you will learn MRI software solutions, develop customer facing skills and learn all about the prop-tech space.
Key Responsibilities
Client Facing:
- Establish and build strong relationships with clients.
- Liaise with Clients to collect, understand and define business requirements.
- Deliver high quality generic system training and, where required and in scope, training customised to client's business processes.
- Manage communication with software vendors on any issues affecting clients.
- Identify up-sell opportunities and help clients understand the associated value propositions.
Solution Development:
- Gather requirements for data conversions and assists clients with preparing for data migration.
- Learning MRI facilities management software and solutions
- Develop Business and Functional Requirements Documents to allow clients to approve solutions for build and or implementation.
- Test technical development work to ensure that it meets client requirements and internal quality standards and support the development team.
- Manage delivery of work packages (customisations, report design, new software and related business processes, training etc.) to clients, from initial request through to go-live.
- Manage client system testing and rollout activities. Provide advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation.
- Facilitate solution design workshops to determine project and /or process requirements.
- Delivery of high-quality solutions within budget and to schedule.
- Prepare client specific documentation when needed.
Teamwork:
- Communicate regularly with senior team members and project managers regarding task or project status.
- Become a subject matter expert on the products, business processes, data, and reporting.
- Recommend business process improvements, where appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or equivalent working experience
- 3 + years experience in Project Implementation
- Strong Team player
- Customer and solution centric
- Knowledge of software implementation methodology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to travel %)
