· Monitoring the project by tracking the individual tasks contributing to its progress.

· Coordinating, assessing, and negotiating modifications to the project contracts, budget, and services.

· Using project management software to track team members' work schedules. Monitoring contractor performance and documenting any discrepancies.

· Using project management software track expenses to ensure they are within allocated budget.

· May oversee the use of project resources to ensure efficiency and minimise wastage.

· Partnering with management, owners, project and engineering staff, and third parties to fulfill project goals. Advising senior leaders on critical issues and carrying out their decisions.

· Working with contractors and vendors to ensure products and services are supplied on time to avoid delays.

· Collecting project data, analysing it to draft and present reports on project performance and outcomes.

· Organizing and maintaining records and administrative activities for programs, projects, and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
