As a Rehabilitation Consultant at Acumen Health, you will call on your clinical reasoning skills and clinical expertise to support people who have sustained a physical and/ or psychological injury at work. Applying your clinical skills in a different way, you will take a holistic care approach for your client and manage their journey from rehab to healing. Working with your clients to develop, implement and monitor their rehabilitation plans, you will support them to return to the same job or get a new job to help them lead a fulfilling life.

A unique opportunity to SUPPORT our Defence Force personnel who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma, working for the only rehabilitation service provider to ADF personnel. You'll be part of the team that gets them fully fit and military ready to defend and protect Australia.

Joining a high-quality service provider, you will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise and enable your success.

What will make you successful:

Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body

Strong clinical reasoning nous

Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal

Experience in conducting various clinical assessments

An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
