Airlines Baggage Handlers

Due to continued growth at Newcastle Airport Operations, Precision Aviation Services is now hiring for a Arline Service Agent (baggage Handling) at Newcastle Airport.

Successful staff will undertake airport functions inline with our airline airports which include:

Customer Service:

• Check in passengers
• Airline disruption Management
• Boarding flights
• Managing lost baggage

Baggage Handling:

• Loading / unloading aircraft
• managing high work loads of baggage using specialised equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 32kgs.
• Must be able to work in a team.

Our working roster must have staff working from 0400 to 2200. Due to the nature of airline operations - shift extensions are a frequent event which may need you to extend on short notice.

Requirements:

• Available to work weekends and public holidays
• Must have a car license and own transport
• Pass security checks (AFP, NSW Police, Immigration etc.)
• Complete pre employment medicals and regular drug & alcohol testing
• Willing to obtain Certificate Ill in Aviation Ground Operations
